Crock Pot Potato Soup - recipe #1

I got the recipe from one of my favorite blogs!

4-5 russet potatoes peeled and diced
1 yellow onion, chopped
4 carrots, chopped
3-4 celery ribs, chopped
4 cups chicken broth
Salt and Pepper for seasoning

1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cup milk

Put potatoes, onion, carrots, celery, and chicken broth in crock pot. Season with Salt and Pepper.
Set on low for 6-7 hours.
Mix milk and flour until well blended.
Add to soup and cook for another 15-20 minutes on low.

I decided to add some cooked, shredded chicken to mine.
Yum.

I didn't get an after picture.
We ate it all before I thought about it!
It was yummy and easy!

Mmm, that looks so good. I've been wanting to try more soups/stews lately. We'll have to give this a try!
